More interested in arguing a case than resolving the most difficult conflict in your life. He is paid on hours billed and will escalate your case to benefit himself. In the end, expect results that do not approach your investment. Better off going pro per, at least it won't cost you anything to lose. He was unprepared and fumbled in court at my final hearing. Keep in mind that he had already received >70k in fees from me. He couldn't be bothered to be prepared and I was the one who lost. His failure is your loss. Look elsewhere. |
