Kitty Hatfield and her husband went out of their way to literally save my life from my abusive husband for very little money since it was all that I could afford. Even the Greensboro city police showed a level of respect for these lawyers and the advice they had given me. The hateful words being left before me could discourage someone from coming forward who really needs help like I did...don't rob anyone especially an abused woman like myself from the saving grace that is the Hatfield family. If they aren't your perfect fit go somewhere else otherwise understand that for many many people over the years the Hatfields have worked miracles and changed lives from complete chaos and despair to "hope and a future". Have a little respect for those who need and want their help...criminal and domestic law is cut-throat for a reason...lives are at stake. If you can't handle that go somewhere else but know that you are missing out on an amazing defense and getting your life back. |

Mrs. Hatfield has been around for a while. Her techniques are outdated. My only explanation for her ability to change the facts and figures is that she needs a hearing aid. She is no good and needs to retire. Agree with the previous reviews as she only cares about money and not the case. |

I totally agree with the first person. I could not believe that someone could have such a split personality when it came down to the welfare of my son. As long as I was paying she appeared to be somewhate caring and concerned. My courtdate arrived and it was horiffic. She was yelling at me in the hallways about additional fees if I didn't want to just settle for the offer that was on the table. My husband and I were confused and in shock. I needed full custody of my son being that he was in a unsafe situation and all she cared about was how much more time consuming that would be and did we have the money. I did have the money but quickly realized that alot of it had already been waisted... |

If money and property is the issue in your divorce-hire Kitty Hatfield. If your children are your main concern, DO NOT. Kitty Hatfield will manipulate you, misrepresent facts to you, and flat out lie to you in order to keep a "winning record". If your case isn't an open and shut situation, and requires some semblance of interpersonal skills to negotiate then RUN in the opposite direction of her office. She will take your money, whisk off to NYC for the weekends, and throw you to the wolves-ALL IN THE NAME of reputation. Do you know how she keeps a winning record? She manipulates your expectations, and prey's on your biggest parental fears in order to convince you to not challenge the status-quo.If you are a parent who is truly passionate about your children, DO NOT employee Kitty Hatfield to protect their innocence throughout a nasty divorce. She doesn't care about her clients-her wallet does. |
