Attorney Chomko took on my case that several other lawyers had refused. it was a business fraud case. Lon story short-I walked away with 375,000.00. I would and will recommend him to anyone. |

AWFUL...he handled our bankruptcy case and has been awful! he NEVER gets back to us, we FINALLY had an appointment to do the filing (which we thought may never happen), and then he said "he'd call us" to let us know the results, etc...that was over 2 months ago. my husband and i have probably called 50 times, emailed him 20 times...NO response...he doesn't care about who he represents...he wasn't worth what we paid him...trying to find a way to possibly report him...this is ABSURD!! |

Does not get back to you Impossinle to get a hold of. Puts ou on a back burner.says he does this this and this only to find out 0 was done . You will constantly play phone tag
a month goes by before get a old of him hint early morning is best I email and call like crazy . Wish I had his cell number he would have loved that ! He even forgot about a phone appointment. I put up with this for about a year had to get him send relase form . Had together another lawyer |

Attorney Chomko had a bad decision, dismissing my case (while I was represented by another attorney) reversed by the appeals court. I was amazed. We ended up settling the case. He is hard to reach, but he is in court almost every day. |

Without question, Atty.Chomko is one of the best lawyers in the Boston area. He is currently handling a medical malpractice case for us and he is getting things done quickly and very professionally. With the work he has done on our case so far, there is a strong possibility that a settlement will be offered and the case will not have to go to trial. If you are considering having him represent you for a case, you would be making an excellent choice. |

It is my opinion that the communication is extremely poor. He doesn't answer his cell phone and doesn't call back. I have tried email and have received only a limited number of responses. I have been put in the situation where I do not know if he is going to appear on my behalf until the morning of the hearing, at least twice. He does not discuss strategy, game plan, options, etc. Gives opinions but does not ask for input. |
