I was very happy with Mr McGuigan, he laid out the case to me, good and bad, did his research, and very importantly helped me prepare. Lawyers work with provable facts, and presenting the client in the best light. Mr McGuigan did his homework, prepared me well. I will never forget what he told me, your there to say why you would be a good parent, focus on that, not on whats wrong with your ex spouse, end result, much better custody arraignment, much better arraignment with my ex, which results in ever better shared custody benefits. All I know is I have a much more time with my kids and a workable relationship with my ex, not perfect in any sense but workable. |

Absolutely no preparation for my case. He was severely outwitted by a younger but more experienced lawyer. Just an average lawyer. |
