I was the first person to post something about this lawyer and I let people know to proceed with her i.e. caution. I publicly announced that her representation fell far below a reasonable standard, in addition, her billing practices were questionable. Each site where I posted this rating these two other persons who posted the "good" review here posted that same review on those other cites. This calls into question whether or not these are even real clients of this attorney. It is a bit particular that someone posted a good rating not too long after I posted mine. Ms. Buscarini has been on these cites for quite sometime and had not ratings at all until I posted. Like I said proceed with caution. |

Attorney Buscarini represented me in my Divorce matter. I could not have been represented by a better attorney. She understood what I was going through and was aggressive in the Courtroom. Her billing practices were fair and her Representation Agreement explained in detail how services would be billed. If you read her Agreement fully then there were no surprises. She was very knowledgeable and was able to answers any questions I had with ease. I felt like my case was always her top priority and never once felt that I had been put on the back burner. Her staff is efficient and returns phone calls in a timely fashion. I would in the future and have in the past recommended her to people I know. If I ever have to deal with a family law issue again, Attorney Buscarini is the only attorney I will trust to handle my matter. |

Attorney Buscarini is professional, trustworthy and handeled my ccase with respect. She answered all my questions without being condescending. Her assistant Jennifer alsways forwarded my messages to Attorney Buscarini and I always received prompt responses. Although I hope to never need an attorney again, I would recommend working with her to anyone in need of an legal counsel. |

Proceed with caution. Her billing practices are questionable. Do not question anything lawyer tells you. Bills for services not rendered. Retainer states if you have billing dispute with her you must tell her at once but when you do she refers you to her clause that says money is non-refundable. Overall poor experience had me enter an agreement which changed several times after first three days. |
