This guy is a bumbling idiot and so is his secretary. No concept of 21st century communications (or even 20th). Can't operate simple email, fax, or apparently letter opener. Due to my job, I can't communicate by phone during his regular office hours, & generally receive slow to no response to email, fax and snail mail correspondence, despite the fact I have paid every penny of his well-padded fees to date. He is not the least bit aggressive & does not respect confidentiality. Too chummy with other local attorneys--the ones that will no doubt be representing your opponent--so he will be arranging "good buddy" deals without your knowledge or consent and you WILL get screwed. I have spent hours of my time correcting and polishing his amateurish documents, and was appalled when he submitted to the Court something I had given him as a rough draft (without my consent). Trust me: it would be worth it to spend the money and get a REAL attorney from Omaha for a much better outcome. |
