At one point I couldn't tell if she was representing me or my soon to be ex. Wish I put that $3000 towards a better use. During mediation she was upset that it was taking too long because she wanted to meet her friend for lunch. |

I wouldn't recommend her to someone I like. Looking through the other ratings they seem pretty spot on with the service I received too. I dont know what bothers me more, that she took my case knowing she couldn't help me, the money I spent on her services, or the time wasted. I don't know how she is over all, I just know what my experience was. I felt uninformed most of the time and if I emailed or called I might get a response the same week. Most of the time her assistant would talk down to me as if I was an imbecile. Frustrating at best. |

Tonya Petterman is extremely qualified in Family Law. She is one of the few attorneys in Okalosa County that Speacializes in "Family Law Board Certification". If you don't know the difference- look it up. Tonya was professional throughout my family law process. The outcome was a success. A single father fighting for "primary full custody". She delivered on her word. She has been in the community for a long time and has important contacts. Her networking is another asset to her reputation. Look no further for Family Law. Grossi MG..:) |

she is not my attorney, but she totally took her clients words and threw them aside. and now me and her client are trying to figure out how to fix this...im the other person in this case,..she sucks |

As a professional in the financial industry, this is by far the worst professional I have ever dealt with. I let this person handle my divorce, and she was absolutely NO HELP WHATSOEVER....I still have no idea what the heck I paid for...she told me she was "not a real estate attorney, not a CPA, not an options expert....all things that come into play during a middle class divorce..." Not sure what she actually specializes in...perhaps raping her clients for every dime they have during extreme emotional distress??!! |

Dont use this person, She will charge you for everything under the sun plus all her mistakes she makes, she charged me over 800 dollars for paperwork were her paralegal misspelled words and made dictation error.. word to wise look somewhere else |
