I gave him an open and shut case, even gave him a witness that had first hand knowledge of the injury and was willing to testify. Pete decided to settle a case that will ultimately lead to me being in a wheelchair for next to nothing. My fiancee and I had to do a lot of the foot work because he didn't. He didn't ask the questions in the deposition that needed to be asked, I couldn't speak to him he wouldn't return my calls I always had to talk to his secretary. The settlement wont even cover the medical bills I incurred, I know that was supposed to be part of the settlement agreement but wasn't! I told him I wanted this to go to trial but I feel he didn't want to drive to Des Moines. Overall a very lousy lawyer who should not be practicing law in any state. |
