Great Results. Professional and gets the right outcome, everytime. The truth is.. I could have been in a lot of trouble and would have been locked up, when I was younger. Come To think of it, I could of ended up being on one of those "WOMEN BEHIND BARS" Episodes, humm... Seriously, one of my family members got in trouble (possesion charge) and he would of lost his license, had to of gone to NA classes and possible jail time. He got this kid off with only fines!! How about that. Bob is the BEST! |

Mr. Battle represented me five years ago in a DUI. He did a phenomenal job in negotiating a favorable plea deal for me, allowing me to avoid the stigma (and potential jail sentence) of a DUI conviction. I have used Bob Battle several times in the last 13 yrs for all different charges from DUI, driving on suspended license to even a gun charge. Bob is bright and is well-versed on Virginia law, especially as it relates to DUI and other criminal cases. With Bob as my counsel, I was confident heading into the courtoom. Sure enough, the result was favorable. I could have served time. Instead, I was cited for reckless driving and a minimal fine. I would hire Bob again in a minute. I shelled out $5,000 for help with a DUI. He gave false hope and blew smoke up my ..... I could have got the same result with a $200 lawyer. My first mistake was getting behind the wheel after I drank. My second was putting my trust and money in this POS. |
