Robert Datner is an excellent defense attorney despite his poor communication skills. He has a bad habit of waiting until the last minute to work but when he gets to it he conquers. I had him on a 2 confession-sexual abuse case and the outcome was a mistrial/hung-jury. 10 jurors found me "NOT GUILTY" and 2 found me "GUILTY" not to mention that he went up against the Deputy District Attorney Michael Galantino even when my case seemed unbeatable he fought for my innocence til the very end and for that I could NEVER repay him. Thanks again ! |

seems to have dropped my case without any communication. does not return calls/emails. Promised to negotiate a settlement or file for arbitration 6 months ago, now won't even return calls. avoid this attorney !! |
