Ms. Vari represented me during my divorce. I was totally unaware of how the divorce laws worked regarding property division, child support, etc. Once I met Ms. Vari I felt totally confident in her abilities as an attorney and I hired her. Thank god I did, she is very knowledge and is always fighting for her clients. I strongly recommend her to anyone going through any type of divorce or family issues. |

Lisa Vari took on a tough case for me against child protective services. I'm a grandparent and wanted to raise my grandson. CPS wanted to adopt him out to a young couple. It was a long, very imvolved, extremely nasty case. She was very well prepared and ran circles around the other attorneys with her knowledge. I highly recommend her as a thorough professional. My only complaint is the cost; however, you get what you pay for, and my grandson was worth every cent. |

I have used Miss Vari multiple times in the 13 years of my dovorce. She is knowledgeable and informative of how the case would preceed. In divorce court nothing works like you think it will and Miss Vari has been great in working within the system, and explaining what and why things happen in court. She has allways been professional and her staff have allways seemed to go out of there way to provide me with everything I have needed in my case. I would use her again and highly recomend her. |

Lisa Vari is one of the most honorable tenacious lawyers i have ever met. I am a Deputy Sheriff with shared custody of my two children. I went six years thru family division fighting despertly to have the abilty to create a normal life for my children. At each turn family division ruled against me not willing to believe that i was all about my children,at one point i had to declare chapter 13 to save our home because family div.was taking a 1,000.00 a month and giving it to my ex and the only reason i could see was because i am a man.I was working****ndous hours because my take home was only about 100 a month after family and bankruptcy. Four years ago Lisa took my case and showed them what i was doing for my children and how my ex did nothing. She got my obligation reduced to less then 200 a month allowing me to keep our home so my children wouldnt be raised in two apartments and have a real home. Lisa fought for us as though we were her own family |

Lisa Vari mistakenly filed a support questionnaire with my Divorce complaint which contained my S.S. #, birthday, address, employment information, etc. The information was then available to the public on the county website! Then she had the nerve to charge me $300 to go before the judge and have the case records sealed. She refused to remove the charge from my account. |

My case was handled by a paralegal. I needed an appointment to talk to Ms Vari. She was never available when I called her office. She was more interested in getting the retainer and a new billable case than helping the client. She postponed a hearing so the opposing attorney would have time to get his "ducks in a row" and it cost me a $2000 support payment. A court $400 fee was charged twice on my bill and I was billed for calling her office and asking for a correction. A form was mailed to me which I was not ready to sign and return. One month later, a letter was sent to me from an attorney in her office, reminding me that they had sent the form. I was charged $65.00 for a "reminder" that I didn't need! |
