Avoid this man and his firm! He talks a good game and acts tough, but all I got was a huge bill and a lot of court problems! His unethical behavior caused more court dates than it needed to, and when he couldn't show up, he sent his son (Joseph Corriveau) who was even worse! They both flat out lied in court and when the facts were pointed out, they blamed me! Do yourself a favor and FIND ANOTHER LAWYER!!!! |

Did not find out until after that he has been repremanded and that he did not specialize in what we hired him for and had me sign two different fee agreements. He did nothing to help me in my case. He needs to retire and i would never hire him. |

After about 2 years, he get forced off the case by the defendants and wants to withdraw from case.Does not have a honest back ground,forced to leave case, without proper cause. |

Richard is getting older. He may have been good in the past but time has taken its toll. He stated how tough he was and appeared to be that way but practically rolled over in facilitation. I would never recommend this attorney to anyone. When I questioned him he became confrontational and defensive. We went into facilitation without discussing numbers and he gets agitated if you call him out on something. He then tried to hold the file hostage until he got the other attorney to honor his lien. Unprofessional. Don't waste your money. He needs to retire. |
