agree that he's not cheap, but you get what you pay for. very competent in court. very well liked and considerate of others. he returned all of our calls, maybe not the same day but got back with us within a day or so. Always explained the steps along the way. Highly recommend Mr. Kloess |

Horrible lawyer. Phone is always left for only taking messages. Those messages are usually never returned. Does not follow through with completion of case. Takes the money and runs basically. Very expensive as well. |

I would highly recommend Mr.Kloss , to any family n friends, Mr.Kloess, is very hands on with his clients n their family members, he make sure clients n family members understand everything being said n done for the client he's representing, if u can't make it to him he'll come to u. He represented my son Mr.R. Jones n did a wonderful job n me n my family was very grateful of the out come that my son got, which was probation after he was facing 10 years for sure n prison but he only got probation.
