Joshua Hale recently represented me for a DUI case. He was honest about the potential consequences and very detailed in his explanation. I was so happy that my boyfriend found Josh Hale. He helped me with getting a bond not knowing for sure if I was going to get granted one. He made me feel like my case was important to him and that he would to what it took to help. I highly recommend having Josh Hale on your side!! |

I recently had the misfortune of getting a DUI and after talking to several law firms hired Attorney Hale. He is very professional , helpful and I had thousand of questions which he patiently answered and helped me with any concern I had.

The first attorney I hired for my DUI case hung me out to dry. Six months after my sentence I found out I had a warrant for my arrest when I was pulled over for an illegal left turn. Mr. Hale handled my case the next day and my probation was reinstated, all without appearing in front of a judge. |

I would rate Josh a 10 if possible. Josh represented our son in a DUI case. He was a big help to me (the Mom)in the courtroom. He described in easy to understand details what "would happen" and "what might happen". He approached the Judge with respect and asked that our son be able to spend Thanksgiving at home and reporting into jail the day after to serve a short sentence. Josh truly cared about what happened to our son. He made sure that I (the Mom) was doing OK during the whole process which in turn also calmed our son. I am so pleased with the work he did on this DUI case....he is definitely knowledgable & professional with a humanistic side. Those traits are difficult to find sometimes in the legal field. Should the oppotunity occur, I would definitely recommend Josh for any legal case. |

My brother was charged with a second DUI and Josh Hale was recommended. We are happy with his professional service and he's always there whenever we had a concern or question. We got less than minimum penalties. We'd recommend his service to anyone who may need legal help. He also do a variety of different legal services beside DUI. I hope we will not have to use legal help in the future but if we do need to, I'd use his service again. |

Mr. Hale represented me for my DUI case this year. He was very thorough and answered all of my questions (which I had alot of) before my court date. He prepared me for what to expect, and he knew what to look for on the police report and was able to find the details and mistakes on my report that he defended while in court, and got my case reduced down to a wet-wreckless! Thanks for saving me tons of money, and community service time! Mr. Hale is a pleasure to work with, and made my negative experience much easier to deal with! I had a serious legal metter pending in another state. Attorney Hale provided me with sound and effective advice on both my options and possible outcomes. He assisted me with obtaining top notch local counsel to handle the in court matters and kept my up to date on any and all developments.
