According to the 11/15/2010 letter signed by Vollmer, the Shiawassee Condo Association (Southfield, MI) on 11/2/2010 foreclosed on Unit 108 addressed at 25340 Shiawassee and purchased it. The Shiawassee Condo Association on 11/02/2010 did not purchase the mortgage debt and did not purchase Unit 108. Laugh. Go ahead and laugh. Laugh, laugh, laugh.
