I'm giving this lawyer all 1's because he took a case he had little to no knowledge of the laws involved. Even after he was brought up to speed on the case, he still didn't go through the documents to see what he had, he didn't make any phone calls, and in essence ended up following the plaintiff's lawyer's recommendations while completely ignoring his client. Tenacity doesn't exist with this guy and his work quality sucks for lack of a better word, as well as his values. After accepting a large sum of money, on the pretense that he knew what he was doing, he showed up at court and somewhat fought for my husband, but ended up taking the plaintiff's side after being verbally attacked by her lawyer. The day of court he mailed an extremely rude letter to my husband which basically said that my husband was at fault. This proved he didn't not look through any of the evidence provided. Worst, he won't say it to your face! Takes your money, tucks his tail and runs without a word! |
