Sylvan Daroka did every thing he said he would do and more.i was looking at a long prison term for burglary and Mr Daroka got the charges dropped to a much lesser charge just like he said he would.i cant thank him enough for all he has done for me |

After getting arrested for a DUI, I was hesitant about getting a lawyer, as many said it wouldn't make a difference. I am sooo happy that I chose to be represented by an attorney, but even more grateful that I found Mr. Daroca. Mr. Daroca is friendly, knowledgeable, and will fight for you until the bitter end. He got my misdemeanor DUI reduced to two driving infractions-- a true miracle! He made this overwhelming and mortifying experience feel manageable and understandable. I would hire Mr. Daroca again in an instant. |

I have to say that Phil does great work. He is honest and will not try to sell you on what might happen. He will always tell you the truth about what will happen. I appreciate his integrity and would reccomend him highly. |

Philip was able to drop the two charges I recieved from a DUI/Hit and Run to a Wet/Wreckless. The cost was worth not missing any days from work, not going to jail, less in fines and having a better record. At trial my previous DUI had no effect on the case. |

Diroca gots juice I dont know how he does it but ive had 3 cases all three somehow just went away after going to court a couple times. I would be doing a gang of time if it wasnt for him rIcKy eMF |

Phil has represented me in a number of criminal cases over the past 5 years. One thing I can say is that he will always be honest with you about your case and will bend over backwards to do the the best he can even when he's faced with the most difficult case. He is dependable and really cares about the person he represents. I will always be grateful to him for what he has done for me. |

Mr. Daroca helped me get Alt. Sentencing and avoid jail time for a Felony with 180 day sentence. He saved me literally thousands of dollars by talking to me, asking pertinent questions, and being straight forward about my situation. He truly wants to help people thru the legal process, and is very good at what he does. I highly recommend Mr. Daroca as a Defense Attorney. |

Mr. Daroca was a knowledgeable and fair priced attorney for me and my case. I would definitely recommend him to my friends and family if they found themselves in a bad situation and needed GREAT help as i did. He saved me over $500 in court fines!! I consulted other attorneys and he was the best I spoke with. He was well worth the money and knew what he was doing in court. He is very easy to speak to and really seemed to care about my case. Phil is a great guy and an even better attorney, if you go to court with him I'm positive you will feel the same way. |

I interviewed many lawyers,but when I came across Mr. Daroca I knew he was the one. He was very attentive to the case. My fiance was facing a 25 year to life 3rd strike case. He listened to our side of the case and to the best of his abilities he was able to get us a two year sentence with 1/2 time. He always made all court dates answered/returned all our calls. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend him to anyone in need of a good and very respectable lawyer. He is honest with you up-front. He gave us the best representation and was very good in the court room. phil daroca was billing me for work he never did. And failed to preserve/subpoena evidence even though I paid over $10,000 up front. As for tenacity that only applys to him getting you to pay more which I did but he still did not do anything other that talk to the DA as they say talk is cheap, I paid for action and thats what he failed to do |

Mr. Daroca represented me for a domestic violence felony charge in March 2009. Mr. Daroca had this charged dropped to a misdemeanor and then had the entire charge expunged from my record. He did a wonderful job representing me, was always professional, sincere, and always communicated with me, returned calls always. |

I RECOMMEND "MR. MIRACLE MAN" IN PASADENA. A.K.A MR. PHIL DAROCA. I GOT ARRESTED FOR A PROP 36 WARRANT AND PICKED UP A NEW CASE FOR 22 FELONIES. MR. DAROCA REPRESENTED ME AND GOT MY PROP 36 TERMINATED AND MY 22 FELONIES DROPPED TO 5 FELONIES. I THOUGHT I WAS GOING TO GO TO PRISON FOR SURE. I HAD NO IDEA OF WHAT MR. DAROCA WAS CAPABLE OF. I WAS IN JAIL A TOTAL OF 2 MONTHS. I RECCOMEND HIM TO EVERYONE. ESPECIALLY IF YOU ARE GOING TO PASADENA COURT. |

Mr. Daroca has been my lawyer for my last few times in court. Let me tell you , he can do mircales! I had 6 felony counts and he got me a program. i dont know how he did it but he did.I heard similar stories about him and gave it a shot. You for sure cant put a price on that. My last cases a total of 4 felonies he had thrown out of court before it made it to the judge. The D.A. never filed. I would highly recommend Mr. Daroca. |

I have been using Mr. Daroca for years he is a great lawyer. He is not cheap but I dont think you can put a price on freedom anyway. I recommend him to all my friends and family. He is a great lawyer. |

obviously that comment ment he wasnt a good boyfriend to pay for a lawyer for his girlfriend.ive known phil daroca for years and he is my lawyer and ive never slept with him or had to sleep due to me not having money to pay for my case.if anything hes the only lawyer i know that represented me without any cash on hand and just with a promise to pay later due to him knowing that he can win my case and he has every case ive had since 1998. |
