Mr. Foley may call himself a criminal defense attorney but when I called and explained my situation he called me a liar and said that he was not interested in representing me in a dispute with the State of Delaware involving a change to the law which constitutes it being Unconstitutional and retroactive. He refused to listen or meet with me to get the full particulars on the case. I guess challenging the State in court and actually defending a client who has been harmed by a change to the law is above his level professional responsibility and the lawyers code of ethics |

My son got into trouble in college, he had some serious charges against him. He worked very hard and got my son's charges lessened to probation. He returns your calls and he mailed me a letter explaining everything in a matter of days. It was resolved quickly and was affordable. I think without him, my son's future would have been ruined. I thank him for giving him for working hard for us. |

Drug court diversion for multiple felony and misdemeanor charges. Fee was very reasonable: some others asked for double his amount. Highly recommended! |
