"I am the same age as this lawyer, who has no respect to me. He told me on the phone that he was interested in my case. When I drove 35 miles to his office, he was a different man humiliating me, offended me and slandered to hurt my feelings. When I did not give him my social security number at our first meeting, he became irate and agreed with my defendants to hate me because I did not give my social security number; my social security number is irrelevant and has no bearing to my case whatsoever. He had caused me to waste 1/2 tank of gasoline driving to his office to be scolded at I and intimidated by him. I resent meeting this man and am lucky that his name is not in my case; I strongly not recommend this lawyer to anyone!” |

After several months of Joel representing me, he stated to me that he never would have taken my case if he had known that it was based on principal. I feel as though I was sold down the river when Joel told me he did not want to go to court ass my representative. All of this was after he told me that we should sue the hell out of them for what they had done to me....Joel and his paralegal were never on the same page nor were they ever informed about my case and position. Joel and his paralegal helped to destroy destroy my over 25 years of employment. I would never wish Joel on anyone. He talks a good game but don't believe him. He does not do his homework...he is too busy playing golf and billing you for consultations. Joel is in it for the money provided it is his....that is all he is there for....it is my experience that he could care less about you as a client. He also made racial comments about me personally....I chose the WRONG attorney and it cost me a 30 year career and marriage |
