Retained this firm for many years on simple business matters which the secretary probably completed........but when it came to actual agreements they were slow,expensive,not knowledgeable........lost almost $8,000.00 due to their errors yet you could not get any compensation from them they would not even listen(Bruce Mintz)......and still gave me a bill........when actually came to a civil dispute,well other then filing standard paper work and billing you, they had no experience at litigation in my view, at all I think I could have done better at trial........furthermore communication was extremely poor.......they could not remember about your case so repeating was ever present,no phone calls back.......if its basic stuff fine,if not look for someone else. |

I have a difficult case and Mr. Mintz has over seen it quite professionally. I wish he was a bit more aggressive, but things are moving along fine. I'm out of the province so it has been a difficult for me in general to know this going on and I am so far away, Bruce's competence has made this easier for me and my family. |

I only wonder why 6 months ago there were two negative ratings for Mr. Mintz which have now been removed? |

Mr. Mintz has has handled my legal affairs and represented me in a few actions over the last 10 years. His work quality, empathy for his client's situation and tenacity are real strengths. He is a a well-organized litigator who knows knows absolutely every detail of the case and client. I would certainly rate his work at a very high level. |

This lawyer is very dedicated, professional, and approachable. He is willing to fight the fight for his clients and I highly recommend him. I am shocked by the other comments. I have never experienced a problem with him in the 15 years that he has been my lawyer. |

This litigation lawyer has taken me for $20,000.00 over a ten year span. I have a judgement against the person who owes me money but this lawyer keeps prolonging it. I do not know why cause he will not return my messages. |
