Hired Claudia for divorce advice when ex-spouse left for greener pastures. Did not use her services for actual representation during proceedings so really have no true measure of tenacity hence an average rating. True, expensive. Also true, for the quality of the advice in return, the value was still high. True, can be very terse. Clients - be prepared and don't waste her time. She's a results lawyer, not a therapist. True, does send the message she strongly favors females. I am male and picked up on that immediately. Evaluate her advice in that light. Make your OWN decisions based on your OWN circumstances. I listened, used what I felt was right for me, and ignored the rest. The outcome was better than I ever hoped for. Best money I ever spent and very glad I wasn't going up against her. |

This woman does her work and does it well. If you are looking for warm fuzzies, sunshine and rainbows...don't call. If you are looking for someone to give you straight information with no sugarcoating who will represent your interests, call...NOW! |

I had a consultation with C.D. She didn't even make eye contact with me for the first 10 minutes and acted like I was wasting her time even though I was polite and would be paying $100 for about 20 minutes. Rude. |

had her as a custody lawyer judge gave me 50/50 custody, however when we went to work out the small things with the custody order i ended up with less custody because of listening to her. She is only for the mother not the father do not hire her if you are the father. |

She gets the job done! I would recommend her to anyone!! If you had a bad experience with her it must be because she was the opposing attorney. |
