Communication is virtually non-existent, no email address, the office does not even have a message machine - the phones just ring and ring with no one to answer. No website, nada. Sanford's education is dated, his staff is unfriendly and unknowledgeable. They do not represent clients to the clients best interest. This is confirmed by many local citizens, they have been threatened by their clients lawsuits many times - they are not an asset to Ringgold County Citizens in any way. If you have a choice, make sure to use any other firm - if you must deal with Sanford - make sure to instigate the communication on a weekly if not daily basis - otherwise you'll not hear from them. Stay away! |
