I very highly recommend this honest, professional man as an exceptional attorney. He is knowledgable, polite, and compassionate. I have hired Mr. Prosper Bellizia for a number of motor vehicle violations in Montclair, the town where they'll pull you over for just about anything, and he has always told me the truth of what my options were, what the possible penalties were, what would probably happen, what could possibly happen, and what he would do to try to help me. In ALL of the cases, he succeeeded in getting whatever I was being charged with at least reduced to a lesser sentence, if not dismissed. If I had more than one ticket together, usually he had one of them dismissed and the other downgraded. His fees are very reasonable and he made me feel each time like I was his only client and I feel that he truly did the best that he could in each case. Mr.Bellizia is an excellent criminal attorney, I was facing a lenghty sentence, Mr.Bellizia gave 110% to my case,worked very hard with the prosecutor's office and worked out a shorter sentence for me. He is honest and is always in contact with you on your case. I would recommend Mr.Bellizia to anybody who is looking for a attorney who is honest,loyal and looking out for your best interest. I rate prosper Bellizia as one of the finest,fairest,professional and most undearstanding and helpful people I have ever met.i was in a case that could have possibly led to PTI at the least and an indictment at the worst.I was not guilty of any crime nor did I commit one but due to a knee-jerk reaction by administration at my place of buisness and a wrongly and highly publicized photograph, I was not only made to look like a horrible person but was looked into by the NJ STATE ATTORNEY GENERAL'S OFFICE!!!! Mr Bellizia assured me that I had nothing to worry about and that I had committed no crime. He was right and I was completely cleared of any wrong doing by the attorney general. I cannot say enough good things about how hard he fought for me and how he also offered comfort and assurance that he would not allow an obviously innocent man to be hung out to dry by people who only wanted to make me look bad in the eyes of to the public as well as my co-workers,friends and family. |
