I was charged with a hit and run and was coerced by a detective into submitting a written and verbal "confession". Charlie got me off with a single appearance in court, charges brought down to careless driving and a few hours of community service; he took care of the entire case quickly and turned what would've been a painful, exhausting and expensive ordeal into a breeze. I spoke with several other attorneys that charged slightly less but they told me there wasn't a whole lot they could do to help except, hopefully, reduce points on my license; they also told me that I would have to appear several times in court. At the time, I was living out of state and would have had to fly back and forth from NY to CO at least twice to get this finished. Charlie saved me a lot of time, headaches, money and, most importantly, a bad record! |

I first hired Fife for a speeding 25 over/unsafe lane change charge (like 12 point ticket) I missed the court date and got a default judgment. I filled out some form to see the DA in order to cop a plea and was turned down. I hired Fife and soon after the case was dismissed. In July 2010 I was stopped for DUI. I called Fife asap to consult. I was facing guaranteed jail time, hefty fines, alcohol classes (tons), no license for 2 years and interlock for a year. Fife took the case to trial and with absolutely nothing in my favor he argued my case. The jury was hung which means they couldn’t all decide “beyond a reasonable doubt” that I was guilty of DUI or DWAI so we had to have a new trial.(at no additional cost per his fee agreement)
Before the new trial the DA offered me a reckless driving and completely dropped any alcohol related offense.
I now have his number on speed dial and I tell everyone I can think of my account. |

I recently was charge with a DUI- my first criminal charge of any kind. Charlie ended up getting a plea bargain for DWAI with minimal court fees and the minimum for probation and classes. I figured with a flat rate charge he would represent me then move on to the next case, but at the end of my court hearing, he chose to make another court date in the future where my alcohol class punishment would be re-evaluated--he will represent me then as well (no extra charge). This guy fights to make sure you get the best sentence possible. Charlie was always easy to get ahold of-he even gave me his personal cell to reach him anytime. This guy is extremely honest, hard working, and is worth every dime. I never write reviews or ratings for anything, but I owe him this for how much he helped out with my case. If you are reading this Charlie, I cannot thank you enough for putting my life back on track. If you can afford it, choose Charlie. You won't regret it. |

Ok, let me just say that Charley Fife is absolutely incredible!! He was very highly recommended to me. Mr. Fife represented me in a probation revocation case yesterday and this was NOT my first violation. I got an escape charge which was my violation and needless to say I was terrified of doing more jail time after already being told specifically by the judge that I would. However, Mr. Fife fought for me and the situation I was in at the time of my violation and got my probation reinstated with a shorter duration! Charley has been very, very honest since our 1st meeting and will tell you what he thinks will happen with your case. He told me he didn't think I'd do anymore jail time than what I had already had to serve which was 90 days( 2 DUI's and escape) and he was right. Not only is Charlie a top notch professional in what he does, he is a caring, compassionate man who will honestly fight for you. If you are in need of representation PLEASE go with Charles Fife, you'll be happy! |

Charlie Fife represented me in a non-driving DUI charge in Oct. 2011. Although we could have taken a few different angles in this case, Charlie's penchant toward absolute honesty truly paid off. Because the DA was unwilling to offer any reasonable plea bargain, we chose to take the case to a jury trial and let the people decide what's right.
To be honest I really didn't think we had a strong case. Although I was not driving and had no intention to, the DA and 2 police officers were adamant that because I had control of the vehicle it constituted DUI.
Charley was open and honest with the jury and they trusted him as well as me when I testified. Verdict came back: Not guilty. |

Fife, Mangnall & Mossinghoff is the best law firm in town! I was overcome in so many ways with my first DUI, and was referred to them by a friend. Not only was Mr. Fife extremely intelligent and passionate about helping me, the whole firm was helpful in my case! There was scheduling conflicts so I actually had Mr. Fife and Mr. Mossinghoff on my case at different times, and I knew I was in such capable hands! They were outstanding, and Mr. Fife won my case, got it dismissed by the judge and changed my life! I cannot begin to thank him for all the hard work, and would recommend Mr. Fife (and the whole firm) to anyone who ever needs them! Absolutely, hands down, the best law firm in town! Well worth the money! |

I spoke with 5 attorneys regarding my DV case prior to walking into Charlie's office. After speaking with him, it was evident that he was passionate about his work and he cared about my situation. He was always available to talk to me regardless of the fact that he was charging a flat fee. Gunslingers don't charge by the bullet! I don't plan to need him again, but I will recommend him to anyone in a pinch. |

This is the most powerful law firm I have ever hired. Fife, Mangnall
and Dan Mossinghoff are all at the top of their game. I was in deep
trouble with a 2nd DUI that they performed magic on. Believe me, I
never take the time to write reviews like this. But I am so thankful,
I have to give back! Don’t be fooled by smooth talking Attorneys,
these guys under promise and OVER DELIVER. If you’re in trouble, I

Tenacity was the quality I was most impressed with. Charlie got my case dismissed in Denver County. I was facing 6 months jail time and a whole lot of heart ache. He did an actual independent investigation into the facts of my case and found exonerating material. Even then, the DA was not listening. At the last court appearance, the judge told the DA and Charlie to do some serious plea negotiating. Charlie said absolutely not! And then got the entire case dismissed. Charlie's the guy you want next to you in the foxhole. |

I got two tickets in a matter of days. He cut me a deal to handle both of them. Both were 20+ mph over the speed limit speeding tickets. He got one ticket reduced to defective equipment for a small fine and the other, the worse of the two, was completely thrown out. Very satisfied with his work. Not the friendliest people but they know what they are doing. |

Aurora had arrested me on a sting they had going on...I did not do or agree to anything & they where trying to give me 30 days in jail & a $1000.00 fine. Thank god I had found Charles Fife! He got my case dismissed & he is good at what he does! If anything was to ever happen to me again I would go straight to Charles Fife again! |

To be quite frank I should have been sentenced to 50+ years for a 3 day crime spree involving guns, drugs and I am a repeat felon. Charlie fought for me in 3 counties and I got time served in Adams & JeffCo and probation in Denver. He has saved my drivers license on numerous occasions AND had an cannabis charge thrown out. He's my hero!! |
