How lucky was I to find Mr. Spital online!! We had an lawsuit in his area and we live in the northwest which seemed to me overwhelming. Mr. Spital immediately put me at ease and between himself and his associate, Elizabeth made everything simple to understand and stayed on top of everything, which was very complicated. Sam Spital and his associate Elizabeth worked with our son to favorably settle a dispute with a California University. They were very conscientious and assiduous in their advise, contact, negotiation, and follow-up with our son during the dispute. When I contacted Sam Spital's firm, he called me back personally and spoke with me at length. After he took my case, he got right to business and checked in with me daily via email. I never felt that Mr. Spital was unavailable or out of reach. Mr. Spital and his associates were very thorough. They managed to get my case cleared before it ever went to court. They protected my professional liscence. I can't say enough good things about Mr. Spital. If you need a lawyer at all, then you need THIS lawyer. I highly recommend Mr. Spital. |

Long story short....I still have my professional license today thanks to Sam Spital. Sam and his associate Elizabeth fought aggressively and passionately to keep my license from being revoked and were successful, despite what seemed to me a hopeless case. Sam lived up to his title – counselor- providing me not only with legal counsel, but with professional and personal counsel that made him stand apart from other attorneys I have dealt with in the past. I hired this firm and I ended up having to look for someone else to take over later on. His fees were too high and I could never get my calls returned. My experience was different than the experience of the other posters. |
