My husband and I were very appreciative of Mr. Stittleburg's knowledge and professionalism in helping us with our bankruptcy. We would -- and have -- recommended him to a number of our friends. He was there for us thoughout the whole process and even a year after the bankruptcy was closed out, if we have a question or some past creditor tries to re-file a judgment on us, we can call/e-mail him and he will immediately respond. |

It would be interesting to know the person who complained as I have not heard any negative words about his bankruptcy work. This very well may be a bogus complaint at the lawyers expense. |

I had to go into debt for a large amount of money to retain a new attorney to fix the mess that Mr. Stittleburg made. The new attorney was incredulous of the work quality and apologized to me for Mr. Stittleburg's actions on behalf of lawyers in general. I was also penalized in court because of the inefficient way my case was handled. By law, you are apparently responsible for your attorney's actions. Steer clear of this one. |

I was completely dissatisfied with the services of Mr. Stittleburg in every way, shape and form. If you are looking for an attorney, no matter how simple your case, choose another lawyer. |
