Nunziata was fantastic at guiding me through a very contentious separation and custody case. She gave me a very realistic picture of what to expect at each stage of the procedure. Along the way, she was a strong advocate for me and also helped keep our focus on the well-being of kids. Her integrity stood in sharp contrast to the lawyer of my former spouse. THIS LAWYER'S RATINGS MUST BE A BAD JOKE. I THINK SHE HAS ONLY BEEN A LAWYER FOR 1 YEAR. DID SHE PAY ALL OF HER FAMILY TO WRITE THIS STUFF? SHE COULD NOT ANSWER HALF OF MY QUESTIONS AND KEPT SAYING THAT SHE WOULD HAVE TO CHECK WITH SOMEONE MORE SENIOR. |

I've just called her from BC as my case was urgent and she has called me right back. Then she has reviewed my case records in the court on line as we were talking and gave me free advice. She's an unexpected surprise of a great lawyer that all should aspire to be - honest, knowledgable, great communicator. |

I went in for a consultation and I was surprised that this lawyer was truthful and friendly. She will give you as much fact as she can and she won't sugar coat possible outcomes. She does not appear to be associated with "the old boys club" that seem to conspire to take you for everything you have. She's a refreshing change in the a field of sharks, but she does not appear to be a pushover either. I trust this lawyer...and I trust very few people. |

Spoke to her on the phone to set up an appt. She has to be one of nicest lawyers that I have spoken to. She is very knowledgable and right on the mark. Her rates are very reasonable 175.00 per hour. |

She's on the mark with all components which her client feels are relevant with the case. Dealing with my case was stressful and she was able to effectively manage away that stress. You're advantaged if she is on your side! |
