one of the worst experience we have had with a lawyer. they are the most unprofessional team you will probably find. We paid them before they completed the entire task and it seemed they just took the money. No replies to emails after that and leaving a message was a waste as we never got a call back. Spoke to shannon, cricket and tony himself and they all promised that we will get a call back and receive the paperwork that we were promised, but nothing. He always had an excuse of not getting the work done, and the work is still not done and they have our money. PLEASE DO NOT WORK WITH THIS LAWYER. |

he is a terrible lawyer. due to his lack of communication $5,000.00 of attorney bills were racked up. His lack of compentence is unbelieveable. Judges should find him in neglect. These charges would have been avoided if he would have picked up the phone and called the opposing counsel. People beware a $1,000.00 bill could easily turn into #5,000.00. Make sure he communicates with opposing counsel. |

Mr. Szilagyi gave my business personal attention. I wasn't handed off to an associate like in other firms. He answered my questions in a way I could understand, returned my phone calls promptly and gave me good counsel that kept me and my business out of trouble. Nice to have someone covering my back. |

Mr Szilagyi is a very knowledgeable attorney and provided outstanding legal assistance for me and my wife. He assisted my wife and I in the purchase of a large business. He was able to handle all aspects of the business purchase and demonstrate a high degree of expertise in business acquisitions, employee relation, contracts, and handling all the necessary state licensor needs for the business. He orchestrated the transaction in a highly professional manner keeping us informed throughout the process and not only advocated for us but also demonstrated a personal interest in our success. I am grateful for his hard work. He also endeavored to ensure that his rates and the final cost for his services to us was reasonable and fair. I highly recommend him. |

Why do all of the poor ratings for this lawyer get deleted? He has had several poor ratings in the past and now they are all gone. He is the worst lawyer I have ever dealt with. It appears that he has done poorly for other clients as well but their ratings have been deleted. |
