This man does not believe in inosent until proven guilty. He really need to know which side of the team he I on. he really knows how to break a persons spirit. No wonder why he is a public defender. |

Its taken 5 months after filing since June 2011 for me to figure out this attorney has fallen asleep on our case. Like one other compliant listed I had to all the extra's this attorney should of done for his client. And of course I had to pay all the extras (by myself) attorney not included. People do yourselves a favor look for someone who answers your calls,and returns calls, keeps you informed of your case and works on your case as well treats your case with equal importance as others. file your complaints inform your friends not to, write the TBA. And get a better Lawyer. |

The worse lawyer you could ever come by. Do yourself a favor and either hire a lawyer or demand another court appointed. |

The two comments are correct. "Call me back on...I'm busy with a client right now." You get no answer, the voice mail most of the time he ask you to call him back. He is good when he freed up and can listen and take money and work you case after others whom always come before you, because he always with someone. You'll feel third class. Put to the back, on hold. |

Mr. Adams is one of the most Honest,Fairminded,& Hardworking attorneys we have ever used. We LOVE his tennacity & never give up attitude for the clients. He has become a wonderful family friend. WE LOVE HIM!!! |

Poor comunication have lost faith in his tenacity. I only needed him to look over my mothers will and contact other attorny.I did most of the work. Ask him to send me a copy of letter he wrote. No reply. |

Hired (and paid) January 2007, almost 1 year later, and Mr. Adams has not started our case. Mr. Adams has completely disregarded almost one year of our time, calls, and requests to begin our case. In spite of written complaints to him and further verbal agreements by him, we have received only delay, excuses, neglect, empty assurances and a standard instruction from Mr. Adams of “call me next week” for the past 12 months. As a result of the above, we have formally requested assistance from the Texas state bar. Good luck if you are brave enough to hire this attorney. |
