Laziest attorney I have ever met.Fired Him after 3 court appearances!He refunded part of my Money after being threatened by my next attorney to turn into state board! |

Richard Moore = nightmare! Lies to your face. ~10 times what others charge & 1/10 the work. Control freak. Does only what he wants. Plays God. Closer to trial & the more he feels he has control over you, the worse he gets. Like other guy said he dresses right, talks the talk, but DON'T buy into! His mistakes cost me more than his outrageous fees. Represents 1st his fellow shysters in multi billion $ divorce business. He also almost landed me in jail. In a divorce? Heartless man, no values except $ in his pocket. Can’t give same advice twice the same. Stories change. He has no outline on reaching goals, No prep. Spends as little time as he can & will lie every inch of the way. Cares not if he wins or looses as long as he gets the $$. Rarely does what he says he will do. Ticks off everyone including those in the game you do NOT want to tick off. Shyster’s Shyster among Shysters. He demonstrates why they have unlisted phone numbers, security & a gun close at all times. |

Whatever you do, do not use this guy. He needs to retire. He made so many errors, I thought I'd in up in jail, and it was a divorce case! I had to show him my cancelled checks to prove I paid his fees. I looked stuff up on the internet to tell him the law. He did not take the action we had agreed on. He did not respond timely to commnunications and when he did, he often gave erroneous information. His original settlement agreement was riddled with errors and he had to make pen and ink changes to it on mediation day. We had no children (2nd marriage for both) and property division was simple. It was uncontested by both of us. Yet it took over 9 months and close to 5 figures in lawyer fees. It should have taken 3-4 months and a couple thousand. He dresses well and talks a good game but I have never met a professional so incompetent. |
