I've dealt with better lawyers, his ability to argue an issue is weak and really has no bearing on the issue at hand. anyone reading this may want to consider hiring someone more capable of making good oral arguments. Specially if your freedom is at stake.

Tarvin is absolutely awesome. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. I had a very serious issue where I was charged with a crime. It was a Domestic Violence case. The case was fabricated by my wife. It was all about trying to gain an advantage in our family law case. It was a massive battle. DV advocates and a prosecutor who was absolutely nasty. She believed everything my wife said, even the most absurd lies. We just blasted ahead toward a trial. Kevin was totally prepared. He was awesome. He exposed my wife's lies and destroyed the prosecutors case. I got a not guilty verdict from the jury in about 30 minutes. When the jury came back, the prosecutor made a comment about knowing she won. When the jury came back NOT GUILTY the prosecutor was so mad. Kevin said that we were to remain professional as we walked out. I have Kevin to thank for this outcome. I will always appreciate his work and recommend him to others.

Kevin D. Tarvin is the worst possible attorney that you can find in the Seattle/Eastside area. He took my money and despite his promises he did nothing in my case. He is unable to speak in front of the jury, he does not return calls, and he is out there to just take advantage of people who happened to be in the most vulnerable time of their life. I don’t recommend him at all.

Kevin was very uninvolved in my my dui case. He actually forgot to to inform me on when my trial date was. If it were not for me calling him randomly the day before I would have missed it altogether! When it came down to it, he was more interested in satisfying his old prosocutor buddies with an easy conviction rather than trying to protect my best interests as his client. This may seem unbelievable but it's true! Anyone who is considering this man as his lawyer should think otherwise, or at the very least attain a PUBLIC DEFENDER! I am facing a year in a treatment program (something that should have been worked out way before my conviction- through my lawyer! with much less severe consequence) due to his lack of enthusiasm and commitment to my case. I feel utterly screwed over and implore anyone who is considering Kevin Tarvin as their representative in court to think twice. This is NOT a trustworthy man no matter how he presents himself.

My experience with Mr. Tarvin was very positive. He was very responsive. Although i knew I had committed a very serious crime, I received a very favorable outcome. My DWI was reduced to a Negligent Driving ticket. My licensing was saved from suspension. He pushed the prosecutor to trial and the prosecutor caved at the end. I would recommend Mr. Tarvin to anyone.

I don't have alot of experience with many Lawyers, but this one takes the cake.He never returned any of my phone calls. When i finally got in touch with him, He would have some Lame excuse to get off the phone fast. To top everything else off, He would always change plans at the last minute so we could meet up to work on my case. When he finally worked on my case, it was the day before i had to show up. What a joke and a waste of good money. I recommend doing research before you contact this guy.

I had used Kevin in a prior case and had been happy with the results that I had, however when I recommended him to my fiance he ended up not communicating and what would have appeared to be a open and shut case ended up being delayed for months due to him being unavailable to represent my fiance. I am very dissapointed that my man continues to sit in jail while Kevin goes on vacation.

When I first paid for him to represent me things went smoothly but as time wore on I never saw him, he wouldn't return my phone calls, and at every hearing I would be represented by an assistant that I didn't like so much. I feel like the case went more in my favor but he did not tell me what to expect. The outcome was better than some other cases but I feel like I paid too much for his services. I would not recommend him if you want to have the ability to actually talk to your lawyer. I also have an agency working with me to get my court requirements settled and they can't get a hold of him either.
