Dan is nothing but a money collector. My DUI case is still going on after 1 year and still havent been to court.There has been no communication at all about my case.He even hads me appear 1 time and didnt even show up. If you ask me Dan should not be able to practice law.
DAN MONTGOMERY WILL TAKE YOUR MONEY AND DO NO WORK. HE LOST MY CHILD CUSTODY CASE WHEN I GAVE HIM ALL THE EVEDENCE HE NEEDED TO WIN. HEDID NOT SPEAK UP AND DEFEND ANYTHING MY CHILDS MOTHER SAID EVEN THOUGH SHE LIED ABOUT EVERYTHING. WE GAVE EVEDENCE TO PROVE OTHERWISE AND HE USED NONE OF IT!
