Mrs. Holloway is the best, not like other attorney . She helped me with my divorce case, she did not care about money like others attorneys. I highly recommend her for family case. Honest and she care and she has a good heart. Thank you so much. |

Extremely calm and professional. Her knowledge, experience and tenaciousness was valued and deeply appreciated. My ex has been hiding money since 2006, but she found all of it despite his best efforts, and eventually made him meet his parental responsibilities. He was and remains mightily upset, but he was out to stick it to me and our kids, so I say "Good riddance!". Miss Holloway's demeanor and skill saved us all. Can't say enough about her. |

FIVE HUGE STARS for Mary Beth Holloway!!!
After going through such an agonizing and seemingly never-ending dispute with my ex for custody, I almost gave up. I hired and fired two male attorneys before I found Mary, because they were terrible and kept telling me that it was impossible to get what I wanted out of my case. They messed up my case so badly and actually included things in my agreement that I did not ask for.
I contacted Mary and never got a "NO" from her and although my requests might've been far fetched at that moment, she really pulled some tricks out of her hat. She is extremely CLEVER, BRILLIANT, and not to mentioned really funny, and devised ways to get me EVERYTHING I wanted without going to to trial! She got on the phone with my ex's attorney and basically sent the wrath. She had him so discombobulated with her tactics, that even he, in turn, started asking her for advice and direction on the case.

Awesome lady! We had a strange long distance adoption situation and Mary Beth was always so helpful and a go getter! She did whatever it took to get us squared away. She was extremely accessible to take our phone calls and accommodated our time differences. |

I interviewed many attorneys and chose Mary Beth because she took the time to listen to my story and wasn't about just getting paid. She delivered on everything she promised. I highly recommend her to all of my friends. |

Very good attorney. Always answers the phone or gets back to you that day, doesn't overcharge. I knew exactly what to expect at hearings and that was very comforting. |

What a God-send Marybeth has been for me and my developmentally-disabled son during this horrible Season. She got me EVERYTHING I was asking for, and more. She took the time to explain everything and never made me feel stupid or wimpy. She was VERY conscientious of her billing and worked with me on the price and payment plan. I hope no one ever has to go through a divorce - especially with a child involved, but Marybeth was a silver-lining on the otherwise dark cloud. I felt confident knowing I had her in my corner. Mary Beth Holloway knows her way around and inside the Lamoureux Court. This is imperative if you want justice. Mary Beth has full knowledge of the law and protects your interests as if they were her own. Her fees are fair and reasonable. I highly recommend her and maintain her on retainer since I feel protected with her counsel. I fired my first attorney since her performance and billing were at best incompetent. Mary Beth Holloway is the right attorney for all your family law issues.I simply to the time to write this review so others can benefit as I did. Best of Luck in a California broken legal system. |

Ms. Holloway is extremely professional and has an incredible knowledge of family law. She is compassionate still firm, extremely honest when charging her well worth hourly rate. What I most appreciated is her promptness in answering my phone calls and emails, she is always available if I have a doubt or question. She is fair and is a wonderful person not only professionally. I highly recommend her! She did an awesome job in my quite complicate Domestic Violence case, she protected my daughter's best interest and this is priceless for me. She is still my counsel in my divorce and child custody case. |

Ms. Holloway represented me in my child custody, child support and alimony case. She was able to not only change the custody and child support issue to make it more fair to myself and child, but she also acquired information that my wife had not disclosed being married for one year while I was paying "alimony." She was successful in petitioning the court to not only eliminate the alimony, but to obtain full recoupment by my ex-wife of the overpaid alimony. She proved herself in her professionalism, respect and knowledge of the law...she protected and defended my rights...and won. She is well worth her hourly rate. I highly recommend Ms. Holloway to anyone looking for a high quality family law attorney. |

Charges $300/hr. Runs into Court on Ex-partes and ran my bill to 15K before getting to the first issue in my divorce. Would not recommend her. Hired someone else and for less thant $6K I had my case settled. |
