Ms. shaw was the attorney handling my PR application. she does not return clients' phonecalls, emails, fax or letters. When INS changed policy in july 07, every other immigration lawyers i know was busy preparing paperwork for their clients to meet the new deadline, Ms. shaw was on vacation and nowhere to be found. i had no choice but missed the filing window. I ended up preparing everythings myself and send her a list on 6/21/07 - and the first phonecall i got from her office was on 8/8/07. I was told by her assistant their office was a chaoes and none of my previous emails/fax/letter can be found! i will not recommend Shaw and Shaw to anyone i know. poor customer service. worst communication and work quality. |
