In personal injury cases...does not pursue all avenues. If he thinks the case cannot be won he will drop you like a "hotcake". I have since found a lawyer who DID pursue further avenues and we are in an excellent postion to win our case as she researched and found several cases like my own that were ultimately settled out-of-court. She researched the company extensively as opposed to Mr. Parker, who took the company's word that we HAD NO CASE.
