I would highly recommend Tommy Adler. I've worked with a lot of lawyers, and Tommy Adler stands head and shoulders above the rest. He listened, made himself available to me when I had questions or just needed to vent, and put my concerns first and foremost. I do not live in Oklahoma anymore and discovered a very serious felony legal matter on my record during an employment search. After researching several lawyers and tactics, I chose Tommy. He was knowledge about the law AND the situation, deploying a legal strategy that led to complete dismal of all charges. We hired Tommy at the last minute on a criminal case, literally 72-hours before the preconference. Tommy got up to speed and had two deals ready for us in that time period. While we could not get what we really wanted, we knew it was a long shot prior to his negotiations. He did much better than we had expected and has called us 3 times alone today to make sure we're satisfied and know that he is still here for us. |

I felt really confident when I first called Atkins & Markoff because of the rave reviews the firm received. I totally understand why Mr. Adler is worth the high price tag. His advanced knowledge in law is astonishing. His pure professionalism is absolutely phenomenal and superior to any lawyer I have ever dealt with. I can honestly say Tommy Adler saved my life. After getting arrested for the first time after a physical argument with my wife, incarceration was the worst experience of my life. I waited 3 days to be arraigned. According to the law, being the weekend, I couldn’t be arraigned for 72 hours beginning Monday. There was no way I would last another day. My wife found Tommy who said he could help us. He met with me and I was arraigned that day and I was out Monday evening. Tommy was professional and caring. He walked us through the process and explained how we would proceed. He understood my remorse and gave advice on what I needed to do. I followed his advice, and he was successful in getting my charges dropped and expunged. I never had to appear in court once. When my son needed an attorney, I immediately went to the internet in search of the best defense attorney in Oklahoma City. My search returned the name Tommy Adler. I remember it as if it were yesterday. It was a Saturday morning and I called the law firm, knowing they were closed for the weekend. All angels are not in heaven. When you are fortunate enough to cross paths with him you will know what I mean! He is a man with great morals, integrity, honesty, great ethical standards, great character,compassionate,funny and extremely educated about law. He is an excellent communicator. You will never find a better lawyer than Tommy Adler. He was a calm, cool voice on the end of the telephone when my troubles started over a year ago. He didn't know me and I hadn't paid him a dime, but he listened and cared what I had to say and gave advice on how to handle my situation. This lead to me hiring him to handle my case. He was always a Chrisitan lawyer who knew when to listen to you and when to tell you his honest opinion and encourage you. I shopped around and met several premier lawyers before choosing Tommy. I truly believe that God put him in my life and on my case for a reason. Right from the beginning it is easy to tell that there is something different about Tommy and the way that he does his job. The other lawyers I met with that did criminal defense were all so "slimy" and treated me like a criminal and acted like they didn't care what I had to say. Tommy is more than just a lawyer,he is someone who makes you feel like you have known him your entire life! He answers his phone or emails almost instantly, and anytime i have left him a message he has always called me back in a timely fashion. He has helped me through some of the toughest moments in my life just as a best friend would! My observation of a recent trial demonstrated Mr. Adler's skill of communication to the jury by inference by objecting to the prosecution presentations knowing they would be over-ruled, posturing as the defense was being treaded unfairly by the judge, ad hoc stories appropriate for the moment, along with solid witness testimonies, gave the jury no choice but to endorse the defense's case. His knowledge of the case, repeated assault on bad and inaccurated prosecution witness testimony, convinced more than the jury (audience in attendance) his case was solid and only a zany jury could have seen otherwise. |

First let me say that is rare to find an attorney or a firm that is "bibically" sound and believe in telling you to pray and have faith, but that just what my family found in Mr. Adler and his firm. I contacted Mr. Adler in 2006 from Charlotte, North Carolina based on an internet ad, I am former resident of Oklahoma City. I was skeptical because they appeared to be too good at winning their cases. My husband got into some trouble in Oklahoma and we had been trying for over 5 years to get the case settled with another unethical lawyer. I contact Mr. Adler's firm and his secretary gave me his cell phone, I thought this was too good to be true and he wouldn't call me back. He called me back and worked with me over the phone long distance to resolve this case. He didn't even know me but he trusted me to get his fee to him on time. He and his firm are ethical, moral, and honest...they do not promise things they cannot deliever. You will never find a better firm or attorney in Oklahoma. |

I was arrested and charged with Driving Under the Influence in 2007. This was an embarrassment to me and to my peers. Tommy represented my son on a serious charge, that could have cost 10 years of his life. My son was mistakenly identified in a crime. I feel that I got a bad deal from this guy. He seems to know what he is doing but he pled out my case and pressured me into taking a deal that I now know was not so good. As a result I had to move to Texas and start my life over. |

Mr. Adler was the only bright light in this miscarrage of justice.Oklahoma was trying to give my family member 40 years over a fight..WHERE HE WAS ATTACKED IN HIS OWN HOME and THE ATTACKER ENDED UP GETTING THE WORSE OF IT!I talked to many attorneys but non with the insight,tenacity & empathy for my position as Mr. Adler.Before we had paid him a dime he went into action and told us in simple terms what we could expect him to do.No mumbo jumbo just real honest goals he WOULD accomplish. Of course we had to be realistic about what could be achieved in this situation.He was the only one who listened to us,took our material evidence,& used it perfectly.You felt relieved after talking with him! We live in another state and needed help for our son, Mr Adler was prompt in answering my emails and phone calls. He even provided transportation for my son.
