Attorney Seaver was great with everything. Every time we would meet with him he would explain what was going on and what we needed to do perfectly. He worked his absolute hardest for us and for that I am forever grateful. The only reason it took a long time for everything to be settled was all on DCF's court. I would wholeheartedly recommend Attorney Seaver. |

Attorney Seaver was wonderful . I was always able to reach hem to talk about my case . I could tell that he was always working on my case and willing to take time to go over and update me on it . I never felt lost or that I didn't understand what was happening with my case .I felt that he always had my children best interest in mind . I know if I ever need a lawyer for any family law or DCF problems I would diffidently call on Attorney Seaver again . I am truly thankful for all Attorney Seaver did for my family . |

Attorney Seaver and his office stayed in constant contact with me about my case. He also understood and listened to me during what was a terrible time in my life, when I thought I would lose the career I had worked so hard to build. I always felt that he would never give up until things were in my favor and that he treats each case he handles as the most important case in the world. He was very tenacious and prepared me very well for my hearing, so I felt calm and knew that everything would be fine. We found Kevin to not only be highly competent and extremely knowledgeable about this specialized area of law but also to be highly ethical and compassionate. His many years of experience and training were quite evident and without a doubt helped us achieve the outcome we wanted. Kevin stayed in constant communication with us throughout the lengthy investigative process providing reassurance every step of the way. I made a call to Attorney Seaver and he met with me the very next day.He listened intently to what I said as to what was happening to my family with DCF.He then laid out his plan that was easy to follow.I was extremely nervous and scared being involved with DCF.I did not know what to expect and expected the worse.He took my panic away due to his assuring,knowledgable,common sense approach.Once I had Kevin as my attorney I was able to get a good night sleep.Kevin followed through with everything he said and not only did he meet my expectations he surpassed them.Withover 50,000 lawyers in Mass there are only a few that specialized in DCF cases. When it comes to child abuse and neglect false allegations and dealing with DCF Kevin Seaver is the ONLY attorney to hire. Kevin protected my legal rights and that of my family by knowing the inside and out. There is no price I can put on what he did for my family.I will be forever grateful to him for being there through this horrible DCF journey. |

He is a very intelligent man. He is extremley committed in giving you all or nothing.When I went to see him he knew write away what needed to be done.He explained to me in great detail what needs to take place.He also gave me a time table as of how it was going to unfold.Kevin Seaver knows how the system works.He has made a great name for himself.He backed up every word he and some for me.DCF is one of the worst things to have in your life.Without a firm like these guys I believe anybodies outcome will be traumatically different.They work with highly respected professionals in Massachusetts. They do an outstanding job. |

Kevin is quite knowledgeable of the issues related to child abuse and recognizes when the investigation by DCF is flawed. Though expensive, the cost is worth the tenacity with which he goes after the investigators. As a child care professional, this accusation destroyed my career. Kevin has done everything he could to reverse this injustice and try to put controls on the prejudicious decision-making of DCF. My fair hearing was a joke, with the reviewer ignoring fact, science and testimony. Kevin remained supportive throughout. I am unable to proceed to Superior court. Kevin, recognizing the injustices done to me, has offered to proceed. I only hope I will be able to someday reimburse him for his services. In addition to his skill, his greatest asset is Donna! She keeps him on track. |

Kevin and Donna were available to my husband and I AROUND the CLOCK. When I was scared he was right there to ease my pain. If he didn't answer his phone, he called me right back. He met with us on Saturdays and Sundays to go over documentation over coffee, muffins, breakfast, lunch, whatever. Kevin worked with us, not just for us. He is a bit pricey, but I would retain him again if I had. He has respect in court and with the attorney's that work for DCF. He is aggressive which is the ONLY way I would want my attorney to be. Kevin is an upstanding attorney, and he as a parent himself, knows how beautiful and important being a parent is. His respect for his clients makes him humane and compatible. |

Kevin Seaver was expensive but worth it. He was able to get DSS to reverse their findings before it even went to a hearing. We felt like we were not alone. His office kept us informed in what to expect and what the next step was. I would recommend anyone Dealing with DSS first make a call to Kevin. |

Very expensive, but worth it--ate, slept, and breathed our case while it was going on. Mainly deals with the less than savory people at DSS--defends clients against 51A's, represents them at fair hearings, etc. |
