I hired this man and BOY he talks a good game, but will wear you out on payments. I chose him because he promised mr that he could could cell phone records, which was a HUGE LIE! |

This man will talk a great game and tell you one thing then do another. U pay him while you do all leg work.He over charges and bills you for stuff that is CRAZY like when you pay him to be in court he lies and says court is CA just to find out you lost because he was a no show then he not only charged us to prepare for that date but billed us for the letters he had to send stating why he was a no show. We caught him in several lies he told us so many stupid things drug our case out just to make more money off us. If he sees that you are in a bad spot and will do and pay what it takes to win he will drain every last drop from you. He even stated things in bills like my cash flow in the pffice is running low when did you mail your payment?! When asked about over billing our caould prove an invoice not correct he would state "O, My bad" truly he is out for himself and not to protect his clients. I wasted so much on him to do NOTHING! |

T.F. Mabry over charged!!! He constantly hounded me for money that was not due and he was slow to deliver on his work. I can not recommend T.F. Mabry. I say to avoid him. |

I don't know about the other guy that gave a rating, but I have had Tom represent me on several occasions, and he has been fantastic. I used several other lawyers before him and was dissatisfied every time. After I was referred to Tom on a website recommending family law practitioners, I have used him for any and all legal matters since then. |

This guy is a crook. Do not trust him with a nickel!!!! He has misrepresented his expertise on any and all ocassions and charges in advance for services he does not complete. Especially on Estates and Wills. He has defrauded us on several occassions and will not return phone calls once he has your money in his greedy hands. |
