Parisa represented my nephew in an emergency custody hearing. She was so helpful, kind, caring and most important intelligent and professional. I have worked in the Solicitor's office and seen quite a lot of attorneys in the court room. She by far is the best! If I ever need legal representation I will call on her. |

Ms Herrin is absolutely wonderful. She really went to bat for My grandson in a peternity case. He was awarded joint custody even though he and the childs mother were never married. She was very professional. |

Parisa Herrin is the best lawyer I have ever had the fortune or seeing in action! She has been absolutley amazing in helping my cousin receive his rights as a father to his daughter and receive custody of her. Her bright, witty, and quick thinking shows throughly through out her preparation for and questioning during court. She was on the ball 100% of the time before, during, and after the case. I was absolutly amazed at how knowledgable she was and how well she held herself together. She has treated all of us like family during this entire procedure and we all love her like family. She is an amazing woman and an excellent lawyer. I would never go to anyone else or reccomend anyone else! Thank you Parisa for all of your hard work and dedication! |

I paid a $3000 retainer in 2011 and got nothing in return. She would not return phone calls & emails. she moved at snails pace to file papers. it seemed like she was always behind the 8 ball. Needless to say, i moved on and got another attorney and forfeited the balance of my retainer because she had a clause in the contract that let her keep the money. |

I went through the most tragic experience possible in a person's life and reached out to her for help. She tripled the tragedy of the whole thing. I will regret the rest of my life EVER using this attorney. |

Attorney Parisa has a bad attitude. She lost her cool too quickly and acted very unprofessional in front of the Judge. It made me feel embarassed that she was my lawyer. When you are going through divorce, you absolutely want and aggressive lawyer. But her aggressiveness overcame her professionalism and she just did not behave very professional during the trial. Next time I will go with a lawyer than her better control over their anger. Her behavior affected how I viewed her, in light of the monies I paid. |

Ms. Herrin is handling my Wife's side of the divorce. We're pretty friendly and we have signed an agreement. The judge required two changes that my lawyers had written up within a couple days. The papers were given to Ms. Herrin weeks ago. She hasn't returned my wife's calls and Parisa's inattentiveness has stalled the case. Parisa also showed up to mediation without having read any of the discovery documents. Too much of the mediation was wasted bringing her up to date. Stay away! |

Parisa had represented me to protect my rights as a father and without her consistent best effort during my case I would not be able to spend any time with my son. I was able to accomplish joint legal and physical custody when 90% of fathers in Georgia have no physical custody. I would definitely recommend her to anyone who wants to be well represented. |

Herrin presented her contract to me AFTER she did all the work on my case and at 3:45 pm the day before we were due in court. She charged me a $500 administrative fee. She also charged me $25 for every copy she made even though the copies were standard family law forms. Since she didn't present her contract until after the work was done, I didn't know about these fees when I hired her. I can't find any other Marietta family law attorneys that charge an administrative fee or for standard copies. Also, she let the deadline pass for my ex-husband to start making payments to me and never checked with the judge as to why the order had not been signed. She didn't seem to care. I had to fire her and hire another attorney to finish the job. By the way, the other attorney I hired actually refunded me part of his retainer and did an excellent job without charging me an administrative fee or for copies. Good guy. You can save yourself alot of money by hiring an attorney other than Herrin. |

I've had 5 attorneys, but Parisa was the last. No more were needed, she was the best! Professional, sharp, bright, articulate, she billed me fairly I did not have to worry about her performance or integrity. I wish I had found her before I wasted 10 years with the other attorneys. |
