I wish I had found this site before I contracted with this lawyer. To all those postings before this, all I can say is WORD. Except for the one happy face that was prolly posted by Ms Wright herself. The problem is not so much that she doesn't return calls or email. The problem is that she doesn't even CHECK voice mail or email. That is so basic that I'm just sputtering (impotently) with indignation. To make matters worse, I paid her way much more than I could have. The entire course of our case I have felt like my life was in the hands of someone who wasn't paying attention. Under no circumstances should any family in distress have anything to do with Ms. Wright; it will only make things so much worse. My case should have been resolved by now; instead, I'm paying more than I should be in my ch. 13 and waiting for the other shoe to drop. |

Did not return calls or emails regarding the status of the case. Poor grasp of proper English. Seemed very disorganized. Did a poor job with our case; we spent much more time than was necessary. Managed to make a difficult situation much more difficult and painful for our family. Do not contract this lawyer. |

She filed 1 week later than she promised us and filed our petition with many errors. We told her of errors and she spent many months to correct them and moved the court date back. She was terrible about returning phone calls. She seemed to be on vacation quite a bit. When she made the corrections, they were wrong again. We tried to call her and she did not return phone calls or respond to email. We called the phone number listed on our legal paperwork and were told it was a residence. We're so concerned at this point, that we're contacting the legal plan company who referred us to her for help as we're supposed to be in court next week! |
