Brian is a tireless worker. He will answer you at 5AM as well as mid day.If he is unavailable his staff will answer within a couple of hours.His knowledge of the law and the system is great. Having had dozens of attorneys work with me over the years I would rate him in the top 5%. I find that clients of any professional are hard to please. Many expect more than is humanly possible. Lawyers like anyone else have their faults, shortcomings etc. thats just the way it is. Many clients are themselves abrasive, obnoxious, narcissistic and generally impossible. Look within yourself first before you malign someone else.
Brian Davis started off great, then he just dropped the ball, he stopped returning phone calls, his staff also avoided communication, and I was very patient. But after several weeks of unanswered emails, I decided to change attorneys. Brian then held my file hostage until I paid the balance on the account. He even had the nerve to tell me that he didn't get paid enough to handle the case, which was a nasty divorce, but isn't that his job?????? I definitely would not recommend him.
This lawyer actually bad mouthed his client in written communications, and conversations, with his clients family and business partners. He committment and loyalties lay with the judge, not his client. He is not to be trusted.
