Mr. Capone is representing himself as an expert in helping clients to defend tjemselves in the amended statute under 11 Del. Code Title 11, 4120-4122.After paying him $2,500 to defend me in this Unconstitutional amendement of an old statute he did NOT challenge the states side of this law, instead he took the side of the state and said that he would not challenge the law because in his eyes its legal. Had he researched case law he would have found numerous US Supreme Court rulings based on the US Constitution where when challenged has been ruled unconstitutional. Instead Mr. Capone sided with the side of the state and never challenged this new law. He (Mr. Capone) could have been a champion to the many of us in Delaware who got caught up in this amended law had he sought out the truth instead of taking the word ofthe Attorney General. HE COMPLETELY FAILED HIS DUTIES AS A DEFENSE ATTORNEY.TAKE MY ADVISE FIND A LAWYER WHO WILL FIGHT FOR YOU
Completely failed to prepare for my case or hear what I was seeking and as a result, instead of getting no points - as originally offered by the DA, I wound up with two points on my license! AVOID THIS GUY!
