It took 6 weeks for Tony to return a call, and when he did return a call he charged for the call. When questioned about the charge he said it was due to preparing for the phone call (even though he did everything with me on the phone. DO NOT USE HIM!!! |

I wish I had research this lawyer before he conned me into taking my case. He had my case for almost six years now, and nothing has been done, myself and my ex-wife have lost everything to him, What in God's name can I do or who can I go to for help, the State is not doing anything and I desperately need help. |

I agree with one of the other comments, this attorney does know what he is doing he just doesn't care! Unless you have ALOT of money he will not help you out. As soon as your case gets busy he gets lazy and upset, he has no respect for anyone especially his clients. It is ashame that someone like this man can still practice law it is a slap in the face to the decent attorneys in this world. I'm sorry but your attorney should not be allowed to treat you in the manner that this man treats his clients, his office is nothing more than a scam to build his bank account. |

If you believe in upholding the law and the morals of the legal system, this guy has to go. He is the lowest form of individual I have ever encountered. His affect on family law is devastating to the families involved.!!! He is trouble. |

Mr. Alfero really has nothing to offer his clients but long drawn out litigation, high attorney's fees, with no result. Its tragic. |

This guy is a hard worker and does care. He stood up for me when I had noone else to turn to and did an outstanding job. I would recommend him in a heartbeat. |

I have used this attorney for ten years and have nothing but 100% faith that he uses his best judgement and consideration when dealing with clients per their type of case. This attorney is very good at what he does and very selective about the types of cases he takes. He contributes to many underprivledged schools and associations showing his compassion for children and needy families. |

I hired Mr. Alfero in January 2002. He asked for a $5,000 retainer fee for my case stating that it was going to be complexed. Turned out that my husband and I reached an amicable agreement immediately and I was legally divorced in 6 weeks! Mr. Alfer not only did not refund some of my retainer, he billed for more hours of fictious work! Oh! did I mention that he was trying to date me? It was a very awkward situation. I knew one day he would get caught somehow! I hope he gets disbarred! |

This lawyer did nothing but take my money. He had his secretary type up some visitation agreements that had misspellings and incorrect names. When the other party would not accept his agreement he told me there was nothing more he could do for me and referred me to another lawyer. If anything he made matters worse by frustrating me and the other party. - I wish I had seen this sight before hiring him. |
