It takes weeks for this attorney to return client's calls. He is a no show for multiple rescheduled office meetings. Every document he needed he asked me to drive over 40 miles to retrieve them when he could walk 2 blocks to get them himself. So far I've waited for over 4 months to get my case filed and now find he still does not have my complete medical records. He again asked me to get my medical records when I have signed 3 releases for them. None of the office staff are not allowed to do ANYTHING, up to and including make appointments. All they are allowed to do is direct you to his cell phone and then the message tells the existing clients to leave a message an keep calling back until he answers. I have had him return my call, after waiting 2 weeks, while he was on his boat instead of in his office. I have driven over 30 miles to keep an appointment in his office only to find out he was attending some fund raiser. He is unfocused, unprofessional and rude |

Mr. Black is an intelligent attorney who can be effective when he feels like working. However, this asset is completly negated by a major character flaw. Mr. Black is all about Mr. Black. Period. In my view, his obvious and pathological narcissism (he even makes his own cologne) provide him with a intense (but false) sense of superiority and entitlement over all others. Therefore, he readily puts his own interests before those of his client. I wouldn't work with this human peacock again if he were the last attorney on earth. |
