Mr.Spevak just closed a workers comp case for me in July of this year and I was very pleased with is work.He was very prompt in returning my calls and kept me very informed with what was going on with my case and what would happen next and how to handle my employer as things came down too the end of my case.I think the decision we made with my case were the best one for the outcome of my case..thanks Mr.Spevak for everything you have done for me and my family!!!! |

Horrible! Horrible! Horrible! I honestly believe that the two positive reviews were written by Mr.Spevak himself; completely unprofessional staff (especially the secretary that answers the phone); Virginia is EXTREMELY RUDE; have not heard from them in over 2 months; Two months after I was discharged I was told they were working on the letter to the other insurance company; did not hear from them for two more months just to call back and have them tell me that they are currently working on the letter; I would not recommend this attorney's office to ANYONE! DO NOT USE THIS FIRM! |

Was referred to him by an accident injury center and was very disappointed with what he said and how he said it. Wouldn't recommend him to anyone. |

this guy knows his stuff. Not afraid to go after the big guys. He had never seen a case like mine where the insurance company didnt want to even retain an attorney. They knew they had already lost. He was always honest and my calls were returned within 24 hours (and that's an exaggeration!).....I dont know about the previous ratings but honestly you have to use common sense when asking for a settlement.... |

He always got back to me ontime. He seemed very enthusiastic about the case at all times. The settlement we recieved was MUCH larger than expected after doing research. I would refer him to anyone. |

The guy takes FOREVER to get back to you. He dosent seem to have the fire Lawyers need to get you a good settlement. I wouldnt use him again. I hate that I was tricked into using him |
