I don't trust him. He was involved in the Probate court scandal with Judge George. There are Attorney Grievances against him but they coverup most grievances. The AGC receives anywhere from 3,300 to 4,000 requests for investigation per year. Only 8-10% of those result in the filing of formal charges. What happens to the thousands of others? I wish went on the internet with his name before doing business with this guy. |

Utilized Mr. Polack and associates for my parents affairs, (elder law and medi-caid) Excellent value, helped us shelter our their assets when dad got ill and allowed mom to retain their hard earned savings. Excellent laywer, excellent staff, lived up to all promises. Highly recommend him. |

Poor understanding of any law outside of his specialty. Provides false sense of hope as long as bills are paid on time. Great talker in his office but seems to have an innate fear of the inside of courtrooms. Will not interrupt or object on clients behalf during any proceeding for fear of offending someone. |
