These befuddled barristers work for the opposition, not you. You'll be led along until your accounts are drained, which they sense and is their only real talent. You're paying for whimsy, cliche and the enrichment of county lawyers. This is evidenced by their courthouse popularity. The only way to do worse than this firm is if the public defender were able to charge you. |

My mom had Mrs. Vogt handle her divorce because she was recommended by friends. She did a decent job in the beginning about a year and a half ago but toward the end, the last half a year, she has been horrible! My mom would have to call 3 or 4 times and email her to try to get a hold of her. Also, my mom had to even go as far as walk into the office to try to reach her because she wasn't returning my mom's emails or phone calls. Mrs. Vogt is also on the Warren City Council so I am sure this is one of the reasons she is so busy, not that that is an excuse. This law office is also very expensive. |

I'd rather take the 'advice' that comes out of a dog's rear-end than the 'advice' that either mr garton and mz vogt spew out at $500/hour. Truly sickening people, as are all lawyers, although garton and vogt are the most rancid of all of them. |

Poor at best, possibly a crook. He was paid to handle post divorce judgment divorce issues, but failed to file pleading and court documents, resulting in loss of rights and financial harm. Like most attorneys, talks big but very ineffective. Stay away from him or his law partner, Kathy Vogt. Neither of them are effective or competent lawyers. |
