This lawyer was not helpful. My son was seriously assaulted - badly injured. Mr. Blair took on the case, got us to submit photos and hospital records, etc. Then we did not hear back from him for over 10 months. At that point he sent a form letter, advising that he was not pursuing the case (the assault had occurred in a bar). We lost 10 valuable months thinking he was working on our behalf. After that though, he very kindly sent us a fridge magnet with a letter saying that he enjoyed working for us and how would we rate his service! What service? Terrible, and added to an all-around awful experience! |

A very personable company, Kevin answered all my questions without hesitation, gave me his honest opionion and gave it all to me straight. Made me feel like all this stressful fighting with ICBC was going to be a lot easier with him on my side. |

From the first phone call made to them, I got to speak to someone right away, no just an assistant. My questions were answers quickly and thoroughly. Very helpful and easy to talk to. |

I felt really comfortable with him and great support staff - made the whole process of dealing with ICBC less stressful |
