My life read like the lyrics of a country western song. My husband and I separated, and I was laid off from my job. My household income was reduced dramatically, but the expenses steadily climbed with 5 kids to care for. It felt as if my life was over.

There is a pending lawsuit where I allege Mr. Kuldiner of over billing. Namely, for charging 30 mintues to mail a letter, NOT write it, just mail it. Charged for items I requested in writing that he NOT do. Charged for subpoenas that do not exist in his case file. Charged for reading & writing emails that are nowhere to be found in my email records. To add insult to injury, Mr. Kuldiner sued me for defamation for posting a bad review about him here on this review site. The judgment was in my favor as we live in a country with free speech. Kuldiner has filed an appeal in this matter. I'll refrain from giving my opinion about Kuldiner again since he might sue, just to inconvenience me. But given the facts above, you can make your own judgment as to the quality of Michael Kuldiner. Addition: Kuldiner claimed today in court that the emails in question were billed late, hence the reason that the emails could not be located. He has not responded to my other complaints. |

Working with Michael Kuldiner was one of the best decisions that I made. After my car accident there were many lawyers seeking my case, but after the awesome reviews from Mr. Kuldiner, I gave his office a call. Everyone from the receptionist to the paralegals to Mr. Kuldiner were always at the utmost professional and caring. Though my case took several months to complete,I was always contacted to know the status and always asked if I had any questions or concerns that needed to be addressed. I could not have used a more knowledgeable and competent attorney. I have already recommended him to several friends and family, as he did such a terrific job for me. I am a former client. The attorney working on my case left and Mr. Kuldiner took over my case. I'm not happy with this. The previous attorney was great, Mr. Kuldiner treated me like I was a nuisance and not worth his time. |
