My experience with Carmen was nothing but a nightmare . I am sure at one point and with some clients she is great , but like others I had to email repeatedly to get an answer , I repeated myself over and over , sent documents several times , was yelled at by her ?? My documents were filed with horrific errors stating the wrong visa wrong dates and a massive typo stating I had been a criminal rather than had not . No responsibility was ever taken . I was given the wrong advice , charged without seeing an invoice and in the end chased up my own visa . I am sure for some people she has been great , but I relate to all the negative experiences of the previous clients 100% .she simply drops the ball and unless you keep hounding her I'm not sure your case will be managed . |

Life without having met Carmen, would not be what it is today. We've struggled for years with immigration and finding a lawyer who would take the time to believe in themselves was a real challenge. Carmen proved that there is fairness in our system, and just listeners who would guide me, who would make sound and appropriate decisions about my family's future. I believed Carmen and heard her advice, today, my family is united and happily ever after... Carmen will always be my Family's choice for immigration Counsel. Thanks Carmen DIamore_Siah, thanks for doing what you do :) |

I am happy to say that I have worked with Carmen for several years & she has always done the work in a professional manner. She has over 21 yrs of exp. & although she is not perfect she was dedicated to me as a client. That is the only reason why I hired her. I have now known her for6 yrs.She can be very direct & straight forward & she will not beat around the bush. Therefore, sometimes I may not like her style but the bottom line is that I find her no nonsense direct manner refreshing & appropriate & I would choose her among any of the immigration lawyers out there. She paid attention to the details of my case. Her support staff was always great & responsive. They are competent, thorough & well trained & have always been helpful to me. Immigration is a complex area & if you need representation in a professional manner then I would suggest, at a minimum, give her a call and talk to her.She is one of the rare attorneys who will talk to you on the phone, provide a free consultation & let |

Immigration law is difficult enough, and it is better to have a lawyer you know is on your side. Although you shouldn't expect her to hold your hand, but as your lawyer, Carmen doesn't take time to explain the process. Also, if she verbally say anything to you, always follow it up with an email. She has a tendency to deny the things she said before (probably scared of being liable) So always have everything in writing. Carmen is knowledgeable (borne out mainly because she has been practicing for long) but if you have any other choice, get someone else. |

Carmen and her team did a great job for my wife’s J-1 Visa waiver and Green Card. We called up all the lawyers in phone book and Carmen was the only one who had experience with J-1 waivers for hardship in Honolulu. It was a very long, very difficult, and very stressful process, but we were able to succeed with her assistance. Selecting a law firm to help us with our situation took a long time, but we are really glad that we decided to hire Carmen and her team. She and her team really came through for us. We recommend her for those need immigration assistance, especially J-1 waiver cases. |

I have been a client of Carmen's since 2000 when I married an American, coming from Canada. I have also hired her to help me get a green card for my son. She attended the big Immigration interview also. phew! ( the Citizen test is easy but do study!) She and her staff has been most helpful to me. I am grateful for her recent email communications answering my many questions concerning my son wanting to re-voke his greencard application. The information she provided via email answered my questions, and there was no charge for her work. She has always gotten back to me right away via email, answering my questions, or trying to be of assistance to my son. I am very grateful to Carmen for her help over the past 10 years. She is my immigration Angel. Karen T |

I recently had a self created immigration problem and Ms. Diamore-Siah and her staff proved to be highly competent in handling my case. To the people who wrote negative comments about her I can only say that she is not a psychotherapist and will not hold your hand. That is not the function of Immigration Attorneys. You need to understand this fact and show some independence in pursuing your immigration goals. As for her communication skills, knowledge, polite demeanor, kindness and patience and excellent work quality there can be no doubt. She is undoubtedly one of the best immigration attorneys in town. |

I rate Carmen Diamore-Siah totally 0 point. She does not explain anything about the visa or status that I'm getting. i hired her because I wanted non-immigration visa for $4000. I found out the visa I got was not actual visa but status adjustment which I can stay in U.S but once I get out of U.S. I can't come back with it. She did not explaing all this!!! I highly don't recommend her as your lawyer. |

I have been a client of Mrs Siah for 15 years and her office has always delivered as promissed. when I first visited with her she would not take my money on a case that she deemed unlikely and advised on the proper steps to achieve my goals. I have reccomended her numerous of my friends and all of them were very satisfied. I have noticed when in her office that many clients just plainly lack the english skills to understand what their predicament is.. On my scale she gets a 10+++ |

We have been using the services of Attorney Diamore for many years now and only have good things to say about her and her staff. Me and my family are loyal clients because she is a loyal attorney. She always makes time to see us even if we don't have an appointment. I would tell anybody that needs any legal advice to go to her. Senje Lee |

Her staff is multilingual and responsive and I highly recommned her to your friends, family, employers, and colleques. She is highly qualified and experienced. |

She gives a legal advise once, then changes her story later. Every email/call you have to repeat your story to remind her. Then she gives you the answers you can look up yourself. She does not take initiative to help your case. She said that her job is only to file immigration form and *not* consultation/answering clients' questions. Thanks to her I now have visa problem. I guess there is a catch to her reasonable price offering. |

no proper communication, dont update your status regularly, only contact you when they need their money, you have to remind them to do the next steps, replies emails randomly without following the context, in scheduled appointments she does some other work while listening to you, not organized, i chose the worst attorney in the world. good that I am going to fire her and hire a good one. |
